It all starts with the raw materials and since we carry our life in our jackets, we don’t use anything but only the best possible materials. All our jackets are made with full grain natural leather, YKK Zippers, and polyester lining.
Our products are handmade, one at a time by one craftsman with precision and attention to detail, unlike the mass chain production. Not opting for chain production means higher cost but a better quality that you will notice in our stitching.
With our direct-to-consumer approach, our products come at ¼ the price of what luxury brands would sell them for. We keep our prices lower by cutting out middlemen, storefront costs and inefficient marketing spent. Additionally, with just-in-time production.
Inclusivity is a buzzword but we take it quite seriously. We truly know there is something electrifying about wearing a great leather jacket, we ensure no one misses out on this. All our jackets are offered in eight standard sizes from XS to 4XL and made-to-measure-option.
As no two persons are alike, we believe in discovery and expression. Our customers can make 100% custom, bespoke jackets from scratch with the help of our design consultants. Thus, fostering diversity and enabling our customers to fully express themselves and be apart from the rest.

"Attention to detail was top notch, looks exactly like the reference photos I sent. Although, I ordered hook and loop patches but received iron-ons, which is only a minor discrepancy. Super happy with the results and would utilise services again."
"Tobirama has always been my favorite, so I built this design from scratch using ChatGPT and sent it over. They took my concept and built it out exactly how I pictured it. Every element is there. Nothing got lost in translation. When I opened the box, I was speechless. The embroidery is immaculate. The water dragon's scales, the armor plating, the fur collar, the waves. Every section has depth and shading, and I couldn't find a single loose thread. The Flying Thunder God kunai and seals down one sleeve, the dragon wrapping around the other, the collar stitching. All of it matches my design. The quality is spot on. The denim is heavy, the seams are solid, and the snaps feel built to last. This isn't a thin jacket with a patch slapped on it. It's custom sized to my measurements and fits perfectly. Shipping took over two weeks, and it was worth every day of the wait. It arrived well packed with zero damage. If you have a design in your head, trust this team to build it. I'm already working on my next one."

"I received the package and wanted to share some feedback so you and the team can improve if you so wish to. First, the box or package presentation for the jacket isn't ideal for the amount of money I paid for it—it honestly looks like something I ordered from Temu. Now, regarding the jacket itself: I am VERY impressed by the quality and the leather. The measurements were spot on, and the name placement with the font and color looks elegant. I didn't know it had an inside pocket, but it was a nice surprise since I got the leather wallet as well. The custom back art looks magnificent; it doesn't scream for attention, but rather is a low-profile design that reveals itself when it catches the light at certain angles. The cool-looking cloth mailer that came with the wallet was a nice touch, though the car air freshener is a bit weird since we're talking about clothing, but it's a good bonus if you want to call it that. The thank-you card is a nice gesture too, though "thank" and "you" are run together at the end ("thankyou"), which was just a small detail I noticed and wanted to point out. "I absolutely love this leather jacket. I ordered the custom made to fit. Let me tell you I could not be any happier. The quality of the weather is wonderful and it has a nice gloss and shine to it. It fits perfectly , and I was surprised to find that it had interior pockets as well as two side pockets. I definitely would buy from the jacket Makers again."

"This is my second custom coat from The Jacket Maker, and after receiving two garments from them, it is clear to me that the quality is absolutely first class. The fact that you can get a custom-made leather garment made at a reasonable price is truly fantastic. No other company, shop or retailer I have come across has been able to give me this option. This likely means that my two coats would have been very difficult to have made if it had not been for the skilled people at «The Jacket Maker». Both coats were made from reference pictures of two of Jamie Fraser’s leather coats from the TV series Outlander. They are high-quality, fully wearable garments made to be used as real clothing. The Jacket Maker has easily become my favourite place to buy leather garments, and as such, it is undoubtedly where I will be coming back whenever I am looking for something similar in the future.
